Stop the Bleed Tourniquet Training

I have personally witnessed a few different people being seriously injured by reciprocating saws, sometimes know as skill saws. These saws have been knows to seriously injure people and are commonly used in construction. I remember another person working on a framing crew who was cutting a board to closely to his leg and when the saw grabbed his inner thigh, it raced up his leg, requiring many stiches to close to wound. I also new someone who was using a radial arm saw and got his hand too close to the blade which sucked him in and ran all the way up his arm. It happens in a split second! Both of these guys would have died if they were not close to a hospital or if no one around them new how to stop the bleeding. Life happens, be prepared. patDog
