Opinion: Shoot, if this was part of a military operation to get us prepared for a boilogical attack, they could have just came out and said it. I have no problem preparing for a biological attack and would gladly participate in exercises that prepare us for such scenarios. When I was a young boy, the elementary school that I was going to, used to conduct weekly duck and cover drills that prepared us for a nuclear war or other such disaster. I know there is some disagreement on the benefits of such drills, however these drills instilled in me, as sense that real danger existed and we needed to be aware of it. ----patDog
