Here are my food items that I am donating. The first group of foods, (Dried Foods) were packaged by myself in 2019.. all food items were selected from the bins at sprouts in West Hollywood Ca and placed in new jars. The jars were prepared by cleaning with really hot water and mild soap. All of the seals which are used on the Fido jars were boiled and allowed to air dry. I would really like to donate these food items to people who need it most. If you are in need, than send me an email stating your reason and what/who you intend to feed with this food. Also, bear in mind that some of these food items are special and would in some cases require an institution that can utilize the food. For example, not many people can use a large container of whole nutmeg pods. I want to help the people who really need it most, so please don't reach out if don't really need it. I live in 29 Palms, Ca. so keep in mind the shipping costs if applicable.
NOTE: Each food item is labeled with the name and date of purchase. I also list if the food is organic. Please see the description of the file name by opening the picture in your browser.
NOTE: In many cases the jars that hold the food are more valuable than the food inside, so please do not consider the value of the jar in your reasoning. This food should be used to help people who need it most and then the jar can be used to continue your efforts to help others.

The past items are past the due date in most cases, but I would have no problem eating them. They have been stored in a cool dry locations since being purchased in 2019. The expiration date in shown on the file description. Open the picture to see the description.
Herbal Tinctures
All of the herbal tinctures were purchased from Sprouts, in the first half of 2019. The expiration dates are approximately Januray 2023, however this may vary.
