Opinion: Roger Waters is bringing attention to individuals who are intent on unleashing a firestorm on the planet earth. He also makes clear that he "is not apologizing for Putin", but puts much of the blame on what he calls "neocons". The way I see it, there are always two sides of a story, however I would agree that provoking an adversary with the intent to instigate them to react, is the objective of these individuals.
